Eastbent is an organisation founded by Phillip Hayes and Lak'ton Sveegen (2 proud locals both in their 70s). We offer a school, a church and an old folks club.

About our Old Folks Club

When your old and grey, people think you just stay home, look after the grandkids, and organise family events. At the Old Folks Club, you can come along and enjoy your self: watch some television, have a cuppa, and read the news paper. There's also other things to do, such as play scrabble, take part in the band, and get free elder support.

About our church

The Eastbent Anglican Parish is a fantastic Anglican church. Connect to the Lord, have a FREE cuppa, and enjoy yourselves in a nice, kind community of locals who love the power of God. Come along and enjoy the church.
